My name is Scott Payne, and I am a newly licensed home inspector serving the Piedmont Triad area. I have been a resident of this region for over 50 years, and I take great pride in my community. My wife, Edith, moved here in 2019 from the Philippines, and we live in the southeast Guilford area with my 15-year-old son, Ethan.
Although I am new to the field of home inspection, I am passionate about my work and believe it is my true calling. I strive for perfection in every inspection I conduct, and I possess a keen eye for detail that sets me apart.
